Grilled Lemon and Garlic Turkey Chops

Grilled Lemon and Garlic Turkey Chops
Too often Christmas is the only time of year when we see certain family and friends, and it can be the same with turkey! With the versatility of the many Inghams turkey cuts, it’s easy to incorporate this perfect protein into your daily meal routine, instead of using it as a once a year Christmas feast. With Inghams turkey products available at most Coles and Woolworths supermarkets across Australia, it’s now easier than ever to make turkey an everyday food.

Turkey Chops are a popular, fresh cut that can be cooked in the oven or on the stove or BBQ. There are many ways to prepare turkey chops that will leave your family wanting more. Try rubbing a hot, mild, savoury or even sweet dry seasoning directly onto the meat and then barbequing. Use a marinade, like Lemon and Garlic, to coat the turkey meat in prior to cooking and your chops will have a delicious and light flavour.
